At TBATECH, our enterprise education management system CommandCenter Pro operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform tailored for educational institutions, schools, coaching academies, and libraries. To prevent fraudulent chargebacks, maintain operational integrity, and protect our server allocation investments, all payments, renewals, and purchases are governed by this strict policy.
7-Day Technical Failure Refund Window
If an institute purchases a subscription or station node and experiences a verified fatal technical defect preventing core ERP operation (e.g. complete inability to save student records or generate fee bills) that TBATECH support cannot resolve within 7 business days of formal written notification, a 100% full refund will be issued to the original payment source.
15-Day Free Evaluation Period
All registered institutions receive a complimentary 15-day full-access trial to test every module (fee tracking, marksheets, attendance, AI voice briefing, student cards). Subscriptions purchased after or during this trial period are considered fully evaluated and acknowledged by the Director.
Key Terms of Financial Transactions:
- Digital Goods Delivery: Software licenses, Station IDs, and Cloud Node provisions are digital goods instantly unlocked upon transaction confirmation. Consequently, change-of-mind refunds are strictly not permissible after activation.
- Non-Refundable Components: One-time custom domain configuration, cloud server provisioning fees, third-party payment gateway transaction levies (2–3%), and custom biometric/hardware integration setup fees are irreversible and non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Prorated Annual Cancellation: For long-term annual institutional subscriptions cancelled after 30 days due to verified school closure, refunds are calculated on a prorated monthly basis, deducting used months at the standard non-discounted monthly rate plus an administrative closing fee of 15%.
- Software Lockout on Non-Payment: If an institute fails to renew its monthly/annual subscription within 7 days past the expiration date, cloud synchronization and premium report generation will be locked automatically. Institute data is retained safely for 60 days before permanent deletion.
- Grievance Escalation for Refunds: Refund requests must be emailed directly to our designated finance desk at info.tbatech7@gmail.com along with your Station ID, registered mobile number, payment invoice, and error diagnostic logs. Refunds are processed within 5–7 bank working days via UPI / IMPS / Original Gateway.

Zero-Abuse Guarantee: Camera is strictly activated upon explicit user click on the photo shutter. The app never accesses the camera in the background or captures photos without user initiation. Images are stored securely in app-specific storage.
📍 Staff Geofence Campus Attendance
Technical Purpose: Verifies that teachers and school staff are physically present inside the designated school/coaching campus boundaries when marking daily punch-in/punch-out attendance.
Zero Background Location: The app DOES NOT run background location services. FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION has been completely removed from the manifest. GPS coordinates are read strictly once upon the user pressing the "Mark Attendance" button and released immediately.
👥 Parent Directory Import & Emergency Contacts
Technical Purpose: Allows the School Director or administrative staff to easily pick parent phone numbers from their phone's contact directory during student admission to eliminate manual typing errors, and optionally save emergency parent contacts.
Zero Scraping: The app DOES NOT bulk harvest, upload, or sell your phone's address book. Only the specific contact explicitly selected by the school administrator is populated into the student's admission record.
📊 Marksheet PDF Generation & Audio Notes
Technical Purpose: Used to render, save, and export high-resolution A4 Student Marksheets, Fee Invoices, Bonafide Certificates, Character Certificates, and Transfer Certificates (TC) as PDF documents, and to play back AI voice briefing audio files.
Android 13/14+ Compliance: Fully compliant with Android Scoped Storage. WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE is limited to API 29, and READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE is limited to API 32, using Android 13+ granular READ_MEDIA_AUDIO for audio announcements.
📢 Operational & Fee Recovery Alerts
Technical Purpose: Delivers critical school management alerts to the Director and administrators, including daily fee collection summaries, upcoming student fee due reminders, exam timetable announcements, and low inventory warnings.
Zero Advertising Spam: CommandCenter Pro does not send promotional marketing ads or third-party sponsorship notifications. All notifications pertain strictly to the Director's active school administrative duties.

Technical Purpose: Powers the "Smart Call Overlay". When a registered parent calls the school office phone, CommandCenter Pro matches the caller's number against local student records and presents a floating summary card showing the student's name, class, pending fee amount, and recent attendance.
User Control: Requires explicit user authorization in Android Settings. The overlay automatically dismisses when the phone call concludes. It never obscures emergency services or non-relevant apps.
🎧 AI Audio Briefing & Voice Note Playback
Technical Purpose: Supports the CallOverlayService and AI audio player to ensure that daily voice briefings (synthesized via ElevenLabs AI) and audio notices can play cleanly to completion without being terminated abruptly by Android's memory killer.
Visible Notification: Accompanied by a persistent Android system status bar notification with playback controls whenever the audio engine is active. It terminates immediately when playback stops.

- Student & Academic Records: Name, father's name, class/batch, admission date, roll number, fee payment schedules, examination marks, and attendance status.
- Staff Information: Staff name, role, mobile number, salary structure, and campus geofence punch logs.
- Device Diagnostics: Android OS version, app build code, crash stack traces (via Firebase Crashlytics) for rapid bug fixes and performance stability.
C. Data Storage, Security & Cloud Infrastructure
CommandCenter Pro uses a hybrid offline-first architecture. Records are stored locally on the client device using an encrypted Room SQLite database. Cloud backups and synchronization are hosted on Google Firebase Cloud Platform (asia-south1 / Mumbai region) with end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.

By downloading, installing, or initializing CommandCenter Pro, the institutional representative ("Director" or "Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- Master Password & Station ID Custody: The Director is exclusively responsible for safeguarding their Institute Station ID and Master Password. TBATECH cannot be held liable for unauthorized access or data deletion resulting from password leakage or compromised physical devices.
- WhatsApp Dispatches & Regulatory Compliance: When utilizing WhatsApp or SMS intent tools to communicate fee reminders or report cards with parents, the Director agrees to comply with India's TRAI telecom guidelines and WhatsApp Business policies. Spamming or dispatching unsolicited content is strictly prohibited.
- Liability Limitation & Zero Lawsuit Covenant: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TBATECH, its developer Akash Maurya, and associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from device hardware failure, third-party cloud outages, or accidental record deletion caused by local user actions. Our maximum cumulative liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
- Trial Termination & Data Grace Period: Upon conclusion of the 15-day evaluation period, continued access requires active subscription licensing. If an account remains lapsed for sixty (60) continuous days, TBATECH reserves the right to decommission inactive cloud nodes to conserve infrastructure capacity.

- Direct Parental / Institutional Relationship: Minor students do not create independent unmonitored accounts. All student records are created and administered exclusively by the authorized Educational Institution upon receiving enrollment forms from parents or legal guardians.
- Zero Targeted Advertising: No behavioral tracking, interest-based profiling, or targeted advertisements are served to minors or any app user.
- Parental Rights to Review & Erase: Parents have the right at any time to inspect their child's academic and personal records through the school office and request rectification or deletion.

8. Permanent Account Deletion & Data Erasure Portal

9. Exclusive Legal Jurisdiction & Statutory Grievance Redressal

The parties irrevocably agree that the competent Civil and Commercial Courts situated at Buxar, Bihar – 802101, India shall possess sole and exclusive territorial jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
