In compliance with Indian taxation laws (GST Act, 2017 & Income Tax Act, 1961), commercial transaction invoices and tax receipts for subscription payments made directly to TBATECH are retained in our financial ledgers for statutory audit periods (5 to 7 fiscal years). These records contain only financial invoice details and zero student academic records.
