All academic, student, fee, and institutional records entered into CommandCenter Pro remain the 100% exclusive property of the Educational Institution and its Director. TBATECH operates solely as a technological custodian and processor under the direct instructions of the Institute Administrator.

2. Categories of Information Processed

• Student Profiles: Student Name, Father's Name, Roll Number, Class/Batch, Admission Date, Academic Marks, and Fee Due Balances.
• Photographs: Student profile pictures captured via device camera for generating printable PVC Student ID cards and admit cards. Stored securely in application sandbox storage.
• Staff Attendance Data: Teacher/staff punch-in timestamps verified against school campus geofence coordinates. GPS coordinates are read strictly in foreground and discarded immediately after punch verification.
• Diagnostic & Error Logs: Anonymous crash reports and performance metrics (via Firebase Crashlytics) to diagnose runtime bugs and ensure app stability.
